Iowa High School Softball - Bettendorf sneaks past Western Dubuque

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Bettendorf Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 7-6 win over the Western Dubuque Bobcats.
The Bulldogs (11-7) will now prepare for their match against Davenport Central (Davenport, IA). The Blue Devils come into the Mississippi Athletic match with a 3-14 record. In their last match, Davenport Central was nipped by Jefferson (Cedar Rapids, IA), 13-2, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Xavier Saints (Cedar Rapids, IA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, June 17. Western Dubuque will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record.
