The Davenport North Wildcats overwhelmed the host Waterloo East Trojans softball squad by a count of 17-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Northeast Rebels (Goose Lake, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, June 17. Davenport North will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record.
The Trojans (2-19) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (Des Moines, IA). The Railsplitters go into the non-league challenge with a 0-10 record.
