In Saturday's non-league test, the St. Mary's Hawks (Remsen, IA) softball squad the host Woodbury Central Wildcats (Moville, IA), by a tally of 8-6.
Next, the Hawks clash with the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Hawks (Hartley, IA) in a War Eagle test, on Monday, June 16. St. Mary's will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Hawks go into the test with a 2-8 record after their 11-4 league win over George-Little Rock (George, IA).
