In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Marian Mustangs soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Haslett Vikings.
The Mustangs (13-1) will now prepare for their battle against Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI). The Rangers come into the non-league battle with a 6-0 record. In their last battle, Forest Hills Central nudged Gull Lake (Richland, MI), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
