The Osage Green Devils (Osage, IA) softball routed the host Madrid Tigers (Madrid, IA), 11-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Green Devils (16-7) will now prepare for their bout against North Union (Armstrong, IA). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 10-8 record. In their last bout, North Union was routed by Newman Catholic (Mason City, IA), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 8-15 record. They play next when they host Panorama for a non-league bout on Monday, June 17. Madrid will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 13-1 non-league loss to Murray (Murray, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-11.
