Southeast Valley Jaguars (Gowrie, IA) supporters left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Eagle Grove Eagles (Eagle Grove, IA), 4-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Southeast Valley improves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Jaguars travel to East Sac County (Lake View, IA) to play the Raiders in a Twin Lakes game on Wednesday, June 18. The Raiders enter the game with a record of 8-6. East Sac County lost 8-5 in their recent non-league game against Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute (Mapleton, IA)

The Eagles now hold a 5-4 record. They play next when they host West Hancock for a Top of Iowa-West game on Wednesday, June 18.
