The East Marshall Mustangs routed the visiting Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Mustangs (20-3) will now prepare for their battle against South Hardin (Eldora, IA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 12-9 record. In their last battle, South Hardin topped BCLUW (Conrad, IA), 9-1, in a non-league battle.

The Falcons now sport a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Hudson for a North Iowa Cedar - Central battle on Thursday, June 20. Aplington-Parkersburg will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 13-4 non-league loss to Jesup (Jesup, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 18-6.
