The Sioux Central Rebels triumphed over the visiting South O'Brien Wolverines baseball squad by a score of 14-4 in Thursday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Rebels encounter the Pocahontas Indians (Pocahontas, IA) in a Twin Lakes outing, on Friday, June 20. Sioux Central will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Indians enter the outing with a 10-2 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA).
The Wolverines (1-13) will now prepare for their outing against George-Little Rock (George, IA). The Mustangs enter the War Eagle outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, George-Little Rock was overwhelmed by West Sioux (Hawarden, IA), 10-3, in a league outing.
