The East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA) softball routed the host Nevada Cubs (Nevada, IA), 19-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Tama County for a non-league outing on Friday, June 20. East Marshall will encounter a Trojans team coming off a 11-0 league loss to Benton (Van Horne, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-14.

With the loss, Nevada moves to 2-12 on the season. The Cubs travel to Greene County (Jefferson, IA) to encounter the Rams in a Heart of Iowa outing on Friday, June 20. The Rams come into the outing with a record of 7-9. Greene County won 5-4 in their recent league outing against West Marshall (State Center, IA)
