Ohio High School Softball - Anthony Wayne gets by Watkins Memorial

The Anthony Wayne Generals got by the visiting Watkins Memorial Warriors softball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Generals (21-4) will now prepare for their battle against Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH). The Falcons go into the non-league battle with a 21-0 record. In their last battle, Austintown-Fitch nudged Lebanon (Lebanon, OH), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Warriors now possess a 28-2 record.
