The Norwayne Bobcats (Creston, OH) baseball trounced the host Independence Blue Devils (Independence, OH), 13-4 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Bobcats now own a 21-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Canton Central Catholic for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, June 4.
With the defeat, Independence drops to 19-5 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Kirtland (Kirtland, OH) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, June 4. The Hornets go into the challenge with a record of 19-8. Kirtland lost 13-3 in their recent non-league challenge against University School (Hunting Valley, OH)
