The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers (Lampeter, PA) and the visiting Peters Township Indians (McMurray, PA), saw Lampeter-Strasburg's baseball team get by Peters Township by a tally of 2-1.

The Pioneers (21-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 21-4 record. In their last battle, Pine-Richland held off Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA), 8-5, in a non-league battle.
