Virginia High School Baseball - John Champe prevails Freedom

The John Champe Knights baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Freedom Eagles to 4 in the Knights non-league win on Tuesday.
The Knights now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverbend for a non-league test on Thursday, June 4. John Champe will play a Bears team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA). The Bears record now stands at 19-5.
With the defeat, Freedom drops to 7-4 on the year.
