The Clear Lake Lions baseball team (Clear Lake, IA), was overwhelmed 15-6 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the visiting Forest City Indians (Forest City, IA)
The Indians now hold a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Hancock for a non-league outing on Friday, June 23. Forest City will confront a Eagles team coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS (Clarion, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-7.
Next, the Lions confront the Humboldt Wildcats (Humboldt, IA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, June 21. Clear Lake will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record.
