In Friday's league test, the Storm Lake St. Mary Panthers (Storm Lake, IA) softball squad the host Southeast Valley Jaguars (Gowrie, IA), by a tally of 4-1.

Next, the Panthers meet the South Central Calhoun Titans (Lake City, IA) in a Twin Lakes test, on Monday, June 23. Storm Lake St. Mary will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Titans go into the test with a 0-12 record after their 29-0 league loss to East Sac County (Lake View, IA).

The Jaguars (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Newell-Fonda (Newell, IA). The Mustangs go into the Twin Lakes test with a 15-8 record. In their last test, Newell-Fonda was routed by Mid-Prairie (Wellman, IA), 6-5, in a non-league test.
