The Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders baseball squad (Sioux City, IA), was overwhelmed 17-5 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Northwest Wolves (Waukee, IA)
With the triumph, Northwest moves its record to 13-4 on the season. The Wolves travel to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league contest on Saturday, June 21. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 19-6. Sergeant Bluff-Luton won 6-1 in their recent league contest against Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA)
The Crusaders now possess a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sioux City West for a Missouri River contest on Tuesday, June 24. Bishop Heelan Catholic will confront a Wolverines squad coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-15.
