In Saturday's non-league test, the Exira-EHK Spartans (Elk Horn, IA) softball squad the host Griswold Tigers (Griswold, IA), by a tally of 9-5.
Next, the Spartans clash with the Underwood Eagles (Underwood, IA) in a non-league test, on Monday, June 23. Exira-EHK will attempt to advance on its 9-9 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 6-19 record after their 24-4 non-league loss to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA).
The Tigers (17-4) will now prepare for their test against Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA). The Knights go into the Corner test with a 11-6 record.
