The Alta-Aurelia Warriors softball team scored 18 runs and held the host West Bend-Mallard Wolverines to 11 in the Warriors league win on Monday.

The Warriors now possess a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Emmetsburg for a Twin Lakes battle on Wednesday, June 25. Alta-Aurelia will confront a E'Hawks team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Algona (Algona, IA). The E'Hawks record now stands at 2-17.

With the loss, West Bend-Mallard moves to 2-11 on the season. The Wolverines host Eagle Grove (Eagle Grove, IA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league battle on Tuesday, June 24. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 7-4. Eagle Grove won 17-4 in their recent non-league battle against Northwood-Kensett (Northwood, IA)
