In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Treynor Cardinals baseball team scored a close 5-3 win over the Kingsley-Pierson Panthers.
The Cardinals (14-7) will now prepare for their game against St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA). The Falcons go into the non-league game with a 7-21 record. In their last game, St. Albert by Clarinda (Clarinda, IA), 7-2, in a non-league game.
