In Monday's non-league match, the host Central Lee Hawks softball team scored a nice 15-3 win over the Pekin Panthers.

The Hawks (21-5) will now prepare for their match against New London (New London, IA). The Tigers come into the SE IA Super - South match with a 3-16 record. In their last match, New London was routed by Highland (Riverside, IA), 17-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the North Mahaska Warhawks (New Sharon, IA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, June 26. Pekin will attempt to better on its 2-18 season record. The Warhawks come into the match with a 8-11 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA).
