In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Southeast Warren Warhawks softball team scored a nice 9-1 win over the Twin Cedars Sabers.

The Warhawks (18-2) will now prepare for their match against Grinnell (Grinnell, IA). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 12-16 record. In their last match, Grinnell was routed by Benton (Van Horne, IA), 19-9, in a league match.

In their next game, the Sabers battle the Albia Blue Demons (Albia, IA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, June 26. Twin Cedars will attempt to better on its 12-9 season record. The Blue Demons come into the match with a 13-9 record after their 7-6 league win over Knoxville (Knoxville, IA).
