In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Iowa Valley Tigers baseball team scored a nice 12-0 victory over the Prince of Peace Prep Irish.

The Tigers (8-8) will now prepare for their game against Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, IA). The Plainsmen enter the South Iowa Cedar game with a 6-8 record. In their last game, Belle Plaine was overwhelmed by B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA), 3-2, in a league game.

Next, the Irish face the East Buchanan Buccaneers (Winthrop, IA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, June 26. Prince of Peace Prep will attempt to improve on its 2-19 season record. The Buccaneers come into the contest with a 11-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to North Linn (Troy Mills, IA).
