Iowa High School Softball - Greene County bounces Northwest Webster

In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Greene County Rams softball team scored a tight 7-3 win over the Northwest Webster Cougars.
The Rams (12-9) will now prepare for their match against Saydel (Des Moines, IA). The Eagles come into the Heart of Iowa match with a 2-14 record. In their last match, Saydel was routed by Grand View Christian (Des Moines, IA), 12-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the East Sac County Raiders (Lake View, IA) in a Twin Lakes match, on Wednesday, June 25. Northwest Webster will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Raiders come into the match with a 10-8 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA).
