Iowa High School Softball - Prairie City-Monroe bounces Lynnville-Sully

The Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Lynnville-Sully Hawks to 0 in the Mustangs non-league win on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Hamilton for a Heart of Iowa battle on Wednesday, June 25. Prairie City-Monroe will confront a Hawks team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 6-16.
With the loss, Lynnville-Sully moves to 7-11 on the season. The Hawks host Keota (Keota, IA) to confront the Eagles in a South Iowa Cedar battle on Wednesday, June 25. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 7-5.
