The Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA) baseball trounced the host Mt. Pleasant Panthers (Mt. Pleasant, IA), 13-4 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 20-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Burlington for a SE IA Super - South outing on Thursday, June 26. Mediapolis will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 15-5 league loss to Central Lee (Donnellson, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-8.

The Panthers (12-8) will now prepare for their outing against Keokuk (Keokuk, IA). The Chiefs come into the Southeast outing with a 1-13 record. In their last outing, Keokuk was overwhelmed by Fort Madison (Fort Madison, IA), 4-0, in a league outing.
