The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA) and the host Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons (Parkersburg, IA), observed East Marshall's softball team prevail over Aplington-Parkersburg by a tally of 18-0.

The Mustangs (17-7) will now prepare for their bout against South Hardin (Eldora, IA). The Tigers go into the North Iowa Cedar - West bout with a 2-16 record.

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Hudson Pirates (Hudson, IA) in a North Iowa Cedar - Central bout, on Thursday, June 26. Aplington-Parkersburg will attempt to advance on its 3-18 season record.
