The Fort Madison Bloodhounds softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Danville Bears to 1 in the Bloodhounds non-league win on Wednesday.

The Bloodhounds now sport a 10-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Pleasant for a non-league battle on Thursday, June 27. Fort Madison will confront a Panthers team coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Davis County (Bloomfield, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-20.

With the loss, Danville moves to 3-19 on the season. The Bears travel to New London (New London, IA) to confront the Tigers in a SE IA Super - South battle on Friday, June 28. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 3-17. New London lost 16-3 in their recent league battle against Central Lee (Donnellson, IA)
