The Humboldt Wildcats baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Boone Toreadors to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats (21-3) will now prepare for their match against St. Edmond (Fort Dodge, IA). The Gaels go into the non-league match with a 3-10 record. In their last match, St. Edmond was overwhelmed by Algona (Algona, IA), 6-1, in a non-league match.
The Toreadors (13-11) will now prepare for their match against North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Comets go into the non-league match with a 22-3 record. In their last match, North Polk gained a win over Pella (Pella, IA), 6-3, in a non-league match.
