In Thursday's non-league test, the West Fork Warhawks (Sheffield, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Garner-Hayfield/Ventura Cardinals (Garner, IA), by a tally of 11-1.
Next, the Warhawks clash with the Central Springs Panthers (Manly, IA) in a Top of Iowa-East test, on Friday, June 28. West Fork will attempt to advance on its 15-6 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 16-10 record after their 12-2 non-league win over North Union (Armstrong, IA).
The Cardinals (1-20) will now prepare for their test against Sumner-Fredericksburg (Sumner, IA). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 25-3 record.
