In Friday's non-league bout, the Winterset Huskies (Winterset, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA), by a tally of 14-0.

Next up, the Huskies encounter the Carroll Tigers (Carroll, IA) in a Raccoon River bout, on Monday, July 1. Winterset will attempt to upgrade on its 13-13 season record.

The Bluejays (9-13) will now prepare for their bout against Creston (Creston, IA). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 19-10 record.
