The Urbandale J-Hawks (Urbandale, IA) softball routed the host Ballard Bombers (Huxley, IA), 7-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The J-Hawks now sport a 18-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dallas Center-Grimes for a non-league outing on Friday, June 28. Urbandale will encounter a Mustangs team coming off a 14-1 non-league win over Newton (Newton, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 26-7.
