Iowa High School Baseball - St. Ansgar loses to Central Lee

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Central Lee Hawks baseball team scored a close 9-4 victory over the St. Ansgar Saints.
The Hawks (15-3) will now prepare for their game against Notre Dame (Burlington, IA). The Nikes enter the SE IA Super - South game with a 10-8 record. In their last game, Notre Dame held off Winfield-Mt. Union (Winfield, IA), 11-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Saints face the Marquette Defenders (Bellevue, IA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, June 28. St. Ansgar will attempt to improve on its 15-4 season record.
