With the triumph, Indianola advances its record to 25-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Dowling Catholic (West Des Moines, IA) to battle the Maroons in a non-league match on Saturday, June 28. The Maroons come into the match with a record of 9-5.

The Wahawks now have a 5-28 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kennedy for a Mississippi Valley - Valley match on Monday, June 30. Waterloo West will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 8-4 league loss to Linn-Mar (Marion, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 20-10.
