The St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA) baseball trounced the visiting Jefferson Yellowjackets (Council Bluffs, IA), 17-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Falcons now own a 9-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lewis Central for a Hawkeye 10 challenge on Saturday, June 28. St. Albert will clash with a Titans team coming off a 10-3 league win over Red Oak (Red Oak, IA). The Titans record now stands at 18-7.
With the defeat, Jefferson drops to 9-23 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Treynor (Treynor, IA) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Monday, June 30. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Treynor lost 8-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Lawton-Bronson (Lawton, IA)
