The Iowa Valley Tigers softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting WACO Warriors to 5 in the Tigers non-league win on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Keota for a South Iowa Cedar battle on Monday, June 30. Iowa Valley will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league win over B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, WACO moves to 0-15 on the season. The Warriors host Wapello (Wapello, IA) to confront the Indians in a non-league battle on Monday, June 30. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 13-9. Wapello won 4-1 in their recent non-league battle against Mediapolis (Mediapolis, IA)
