Iowa High School Softball - Pocahontas can't get by North Union

North Union Warriors (Armstrong, IA) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Pocahontas Indians (Pocahontas, IA), 4-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, North Union improves its record to 18-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a Top of Iowa-West game on Monday, June 30. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 4-14.
The Indians now hold a 17-6 record. They play next when they host Southeast Valley for a Twin Lakes game on Monday, June 30.
