The Tri-Center Trojans softball team scored 3 runs and held the host Stanton Vikings to 2 in the Trojans non-league win on Saturday.

The Trojans now sport a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Treynor for a Western Iowa battle on Monday, June 30. Tri-Center will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 14-6 non-league win over Kuemper (Carroll, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 16-3.

With the loss, Stanton moves to 7-12 on the season. The Vikings travel to Sidney (Sidney, IA) to confront the Cowboys in a Corner battle on Monday, June 30. The Cowboys come into the battle with a record of 3-11. Sidney lost 18-8 in their recent league battle against Stanton (Stanton, IA)
