In Saturday's non-league test, the Woodbury Central Wildcats (Moville, IA) softball squad got by the host Woodbine Tigers (Woodbine, IA), by a tally of 6-5.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Lawton-Bronson Eagles (Lawton, IA) in a Western Valley test, on Monday, June 30. Woodbury Central will attempt to advance on its 13-8 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 11-12 record after their 6-5 non-league win over South O'Brien (Paullina, IA).
