The Logan-Magnolia Panthers softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting West Monona Spartans to 1 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Logan-Magnolia improves its record to 22-3 on the year. The Panthers host Woodbury Central (Moville, IA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, July 5. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 9-18. Woodbury Central won 15-5 in their recent non-league game against Boyer Valley (Dunlap, IA)

In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Kingsley-Pierson Panthers (Kingsley, IA) in a non-league game, on Friday, June 30. West Monona will attempt to improve on its 26-6 season record.
