The Wahlert Golden Eagles baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Washington Warriors to 2 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Golden Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Center Point-Urbana (Center Point, IA). The Stormin' Pointers go into the non-league match with a 4-2 record.
The Warriors (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Fort Madison (Fort Madison, IA). The Bloodhounds go into the non-league match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Fort Madison edged Fairfield (Fairfield, IA), 8-6, in a non-league match.
