The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT) and the visiting Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT), saw Ridgefield's lacrosse team achieve victory over Newtown by a margin of 14-9.
The Tigers (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against New Canaan (New Canaan, CT). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 15-2 record. In their last challenge, New Canaan edged South Windsor (South Windsor, CT), 18-1, in a non-league challenge.
