The Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood Mavericks softball squad (Renville, ND), was edged 3-2 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Central Cass Squirrels (Casselton, ND)

The Squirrels (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Kindred/Richland (Kindred, ND). The Colts go into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Kindred/Richland nudged Beulah (Beulah, ND), 6-3, in a non-league battle.
