The Velva/Drake/Anamoose Aggies (Velva, ND) softball the host Thompson Tommies (Thompson, ND), 10-8 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Aggies (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg (Mayville, ND). The Patriots go into the non-league bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg held off Des Lacs-Burlington (Des Lacs, ND), 13-4, in a non-league bout.

The Tommies now possess a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to Des Lacs-Burlington for a non-league bout on Saturday, June 4. Thompson will confront a Lakers squad coming off a 13-4 non-league loss to Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg (Mayville, ND). The Lakers record now stands at 1-2.
