The Guilford Grizzlies baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the host Wethersfield Eagles to 0 in the Grizzlies non-league victory on Saturday.
The Grizzlies (20-3) will now prepare for their match against Berlin (Berlin, CT). The Redcoats go into the non-league match with a 16-7 record. In their last challenge, Berlin nipped East Lyme (East Lyme, CT), 4-3, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Wethersfield falls to 12-12 on the season.
