The Somers Spartans lacrosse squad (Somers, CT), was overwhelmed 18-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT)
Coming up next, the Rebels meet the Weston Trojans (Weston, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, June 7. New Fairfield will attempt to improve on its 15-3 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 20-5 non-league win over Stonington (Stonington, CT).
The Spartans now sport a 6-9 record.
