The Lenox Tigers baseball team scored 21 runs and limited the host Stanton Vikings to 7 in the Tigers non-league victory on Monday.

The Tigers (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Martensdale-St. Mary's (Martensdale, IA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league match with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Martensdale-St. Mary's was overwhelmed by Albia (Albia, IA), 3-1, in a non-league outing.

Next, the Vikings confront the Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders (Coon Rapids, IA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, June 4. Stanton will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the outing with a 5-5 record after their 20-3 league win over Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA).
