Forest Hills Rangers (Sidman, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Rangers now own a 14-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harbor Creek for a non-league challenge on Thursday, June 6. Forest Hills will battle a Huskies squad coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Mohawk Area (Bessemer, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 19-5.

With the loss, Ligonier Valley falls to 8-4 on the campaign.
