The Whitewater Whippets (Whitewater, WI) softball nipped the host Pewaukee Pirates (Pewaukee, WI), 6-5 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Whippets now sport a 17-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitnall for a non-league outing on Thursday, June 5. Whitewater will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over New Berlin Eisenhower (New Berlin, WI). The Falcons record now stands at 17-9.

With the loss, Pewaukee moves to 15-11 on the season.
