Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the King William Cavaliers (King William, VA) and the visiting Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA), witnessed King William's softball squad prevail over Riverheads by a count of 15-1.

The Cavaliers now sport a 19-3 record. They play next when they travel to Appomattox County for a non-league match on Friday, June 7. King William will face a Raiders squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over John Battle (Bristol, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 22-2.

With the loss, Riverheads moves to 12-10 on the season.
