The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Gull Lake Blue Devils (Richland, MI) and the visiting Hopkins Vikings (Hopkins, MI), saw Gull Lake's baseball team gain a win over Hopkins by a tally of 10-2.
The Blue Devils (24-8) will now prepare for their battle against Three Rivers (Three Rivers, MI). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 21-13 record. In their last battle, Three Rivers prevailed over Niles (Niles, MI), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
